Ingredients

  • 200g kale, washed
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Optional spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). In a large bowl, tear 200g of washed kale into pieces and massage with 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, and optional spices like paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Spread the kale on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes or until crispy. Serve them hot or cold.

They can be enjoyed as a snack between meals or added to dishes for extra crunch and nutrition. Freshly made, they are delightfully crispy, and you can store them for 2-3 days in an airtight container, though they are crispiest on the first day.
