Place 300g of hake (divided into 2 fillets of 150g each) in a bowl with sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs of your choice, black pepper, and thin lemon slices. Wrap each hake fillet individually in parchment paper, sealing it to allow the fish to cook in its own steam. You can add seasonal vegetables to the packets if desired, but it's recommended to cook them separately due to different cooking times. Preheat the oven and bake the packets at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes. Check the doneness after this time; if more cooking is needed, reseal the packets and return them to the oven.
