For Parsley Pesto:

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic  
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts or walnuts  
  • 1 tbsp olive oil  
  • 1 tbsp water  
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions for Calamari

Grill or cook in a wok the cleaned calamari, either whole or in strips. Heat the grill well, brush with olive oil, and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

Instructions for Parsley Pesto

Blend 1 bunch of parsley, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tbsp of pine nuts or walnuts, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of water, and 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast (optional) to make the pesto. Serve the calamari with the pesto.
