• 2 chicken breasts (~300g)
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter  
  • 2 tbsp chopped toasted peanuts    
  • 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice    
  • 2 tbsp water    
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


Dice 2 chicken breasts (approximately 300g) and marinate with sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Grill the chicken, either on skewers or directly in the pan, until golden brown on both sides.

For the sauce:

Mix 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 tbsp of chopped toasted peanuts, 2 tbsp of lime or lemon juice, 2 tbsp of water, and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Serve the chicken with a bowl of this sauce for dipping.

Combine it with a fresh salad for a perfect low-carb meal or dinner.
