• 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  • 4 tbsp plant-based drink
  • 30g 85% dark chocolate
  • Cinnamon or vanilla
  • A pinch of sea salt


Melt 30g of 85% dark chocolate with 4 tbsp of plant-based drink in a small pot using a double boiler. Once tempered, blend this mixture in a food processor with 1 ripe avocado, 1 ripe banana, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 Medjool dates, and 3 tbsp almond butter (optional). Add a pinch of sea salt and cinnamon or vanilla to taste. Process until creamy. Distribute the mixture into 6 individual cups.
